How can I place an order?

How do I track my order?
To track your order, enter the tracking number we provided on our tracking page. It may take 1–3 business days for the status of your order to appear after you receive the tracking number. If you haven’t received a tracking number from us, please send an email to info@myvital-essence.com, and we will provide your tracking number and order status as soon as possible.
I accidentally provided the wrong delivery address. Can I change it?
If so, please send an email to info@myvital-essence.com as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, we will do our best to correct the issue afterward.
